California's Passco Companies this week purchased ParkCrest Landings, a 400-unit apartment complex located at 5725 First Ave. E., Bradenton, for $75 million. ParkCrest Landings was built in 2015, has 17 three-story buildings and is located next to Tom Bennet Park.
