Halfacre Construction Company is building an expansion for Coach House, Inc.’s Nokomis manufacturing facility. The 11,000-plus-square-foot addition will house the motorhome manufacturer's fiberglass and painting production areas and an extension to the assembly line. The $1.25 million project is slated for completion in the first quarter of 2017. Halfacre Construction Company built the business' existing building in 1995 and also constructed its dealership in Osprey.
