The Board of Directors of the Library Foundation for Sarasota County has appointed Suzanne Seiter as its first executive director. Seiter has previously led development and marketing efforts for the Free Library of Philadelphia Foundation and the National Constitution Center. Since relocating to Florida in 2007, Seiter has served as a management, marketing and fundraising consultant to the Foundation of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the Nature Conservancy of Florida, Girls Inc. of Sarasota County, Pines of Sarasota Foundation, University of South Florida St. Petersburg and the Library Foundation.
