Vacant Venice Acreage Sold for $1.8 Million

The Gulf Drive property that was recently sold
Southbridge Investments, LLC recently purchased 2.5 acres of vacant land on Venice's Gulf Drive for $1.8 million from Alice Patricia Farley and Walter Steven Farley and Timothy Farley. The property was previously owned by the late writer Walter Farley, author of The Black Stallion. It may be divided into "up to" eight "sizable parcels," according to a flyer advertising the property.
Dane Champlin and Janet K. Robinson of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, along with Janice and Norman Holloway of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate represented the sellers and Roger Craig of Sarasota Realty Associates, Inc. represented the buyer.
