The Osprey-based company Laurel Road Storage, LLC recently purchased a 4-acre parcel of land located at 3500 Laurel Road, Nokomis, from Knights Associates, LLLP, for $1.5 million. The purchaser plans to add this newly purchased parcel to an adjacent 2-acre parcel the company currently owns and intends to develop the land into a retail area with a self-storage component, according to a press release. Joe Hembree and Stanley Heinlein of Hembree & Associates represented the seller, while Suzette Seigel of Michael Saunders & Company represented the purchaser in the transaction.
