Tampa's George Southworth and the George Southworth Revocable Trust recently purchased 1,450 acres of agricultural and residential land located at 38750 and 38820 Taylor Road, Myakka City, from Sarasota's Saray, Inc., M. Lewis Hall and the Baden Irrevocable Trust for $5 million.

Jeremy Alsina recently leased 5,000 square feet of office and warehouse space at 5012 U.S. 41 N., Palmetto, from Mountain Manor, Inc. Urbanite Theatre, Inc., meanwhile, recently leased a 1,440-square-foot office and warehouse space at 1721 Independence Blvd., Unit A-4, Sarasota, from Merkburn Developments, Inc., and Key Glass, LLC leased a 5,000-square-foot warehouse space at 3221 E. 59th Drive, Bradenton, from 33rd Street Condos, LLC. Jeff Button of Richardson Kleiber Walter Kleiber Button, Inc. handled all of these leases.
