The Central West Coast Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association recognized the best in research, strategy, implementation and execution in public relations at the organization's 2016 Local Image Awards Ceremony, held April 14 at The Francis. The Grand All Image Award, the Association's highest honor, was presented to Kim Livengood of The Eclipse Agency for her work with Boardwalk Food Company.
