Kitson & Partners recently hired town builder Rick Severance to lead development of the company’s signature Babcock Ranch development project. Designed to accommodate 19,500 residences, a downtown and numerous green spaces, lakes and nature trails, Babcock Ranch could ultimately be home to 50,000 residents. Kitson & Partners broke ground on the project last November. Severance joined the team based in Fort Myers on April 4. The formal launch of the first phase of the new town is set for Friday, April 22.
