Sarasota's Sakardev LLC recently purchased the Days Inn hotel located at 644 E. 67th St. Circle, Bradenton, from Bradenton's Achutam, Inc., for $3.1 million.

Dilaver Duka of Best 11 Soccer, LLC recently purchased 6368 Gateway Ave., Sarasota, from Bernd Gohlke for $575,000. Best 11 Soccer will continue to run the property, which consists of two multi-family apartment buildings, one 3,120 square feet in size and the other 3,094 square feet. Eric Massey and Ben Graham of Michael Saunders & Company represented the buyer and Roger Piro of RE/MAX Alliance Group represented the seller.

Mobile Fix LLC leased a 1,365-square-foot retail space at The Fountains Shopping Center, 4820 14th St., Bradenton, from RH Holdings Bradenton LLC. Steve Horn of Ian Black Real Estate handled the transaction.

Go Touch Down Travel & Tours Inc. leased a 4,831-square-foot office suite in Kane Plaza, located at 1 S. School Ave., Ste. 400, Sarasota, from Sarasota Sun Center, LLC. Amy MacDougall and Jag Grewal of Ian Black Real Estate represented the tenant and Melissa Harris and Ian Black of Ian Black Real Estate represented the landlord.

Contingency Telecom Audit Holding LLC leased a 2,750-square-foot office suite located at 5577 Broadcast Court, Sarasota, from Bartlein & Associates. Michele Fuller and Stacy Rosenberg of Ian Black Real Estate represented the tenant and Diane Lee and Cyndi Myers of Wagner Realty represented the landlord.
