The Arts and Cultural Alliance of Sarasota County will hold a special workshop on the relationship between business and art from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, March 31, at the Center for Arts and Humanity, 1226 N. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota. Attendance is $20 for alliance members and $25 for nonmembers. Speakers include Dennis Zink, the chapter chair of Manasota SCORE and the chair of Realize Bradenton; Mark Ormond, the chief curator for Ringling College Galleries at Ringling College of Art and Design; Su Byron, a writer, editor and public relations and marketing specialist; and Betty Morris, a retired professor of communications and public speaking at San Francisco State University.
