This architecturally significant home, designed by Don Chapell and completed in 2000, is composed of postmodern geometric shapes and curves, along with a variety of pastel colors, making for a unique and playful structure. (Sadly, Chappell passed away six months before the home was completed, and never got to live in it.) Located at 150 Morningside Drive, Sarasota, the home will be included in Architecture Sarasota’s Mod Weekend walking tour of the Lido Shores neighborhood on Sunday, Nov. 17.
