Rosewood Residences Coming to Lido Key
The new, ultra-luxury development on Lido Key will be Rosewood Hotels & Resorts' first stand-alone residential project.

Julia DeCastro, a Sarasota-based real estate professional, has been selected as broker associate by The Ronto Group for the new Rosewood Residences Lido Key project in Sarasota. The 65-unit, ultra-luxury condominium is a joint effort of The Ronto Group, a Naples-based luxury developer, and Wheelock Street Capital, a real estate investment firm. Construction will be completed in 2025; sales reservations begin in December 2021.
