Halfacre Construction Company, a Lakewood Ranch-based commercial construction company, recently began renovations and construction on an office and conference center for the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM). Located at 2901 Manatee Avenue West in Bradenton, the current 7,200-square-foot facility will be completely renovated. The new building will include a double wing auditorium, new roof design, reception center, realtor store and conference rooms. New canopies will also be installed on the exterior of the current building. Inside, the renovation will include refreshed offices, conference rooms, bathrooms and a new auditorium for special events and real estate classes. 

The building will become the second, full-sized RASM member facility, serving realtor members and the business community in the region. In 2013, Halfacre Construction Company built RASM’s Sarasota site at 2320 Cattlemen Road. Construction started last month and is slated for completion in late 2021.
