Additionally, Pilates Is A Workout, LLC , leased Suite 201 in the Finergy Building, a 727-square-foot office suite with an open floor plan.

In the Rosemary District, photography studio Divergent Image, LLC, leased 325 Central Ave., Sarasota, from FUMA Group, LLC, a 1,500-square-foot ground floor suite.

Finally, Adept Audiology, LLC, purchased 1991 Hyde Park St. in Southside Village from Franklin Square, Inc. The 3,884-square-foot, one-story, freestanding building sold for $830,000. Eric Massey with MSC Commercial was involved in all three transactions.
