Neal Land & Neighborhoods, a local master-planned community developer, has announced the opening of a new neighborhood at North River Ranch in Parrish. The new neighborhood, Riverfield, is located south of Moccasin Wallow Road and Fort Hamer Road. It will feature three- and four-bedroom single-family homes and townhomes by David Weekley Homes and Neal Communities. Builders will release homesites for sale over phases, with home sale prices for the initial phase falling in the mid-$200s. Model construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2020.

Neal Land & Neighborhoods says Riverfield will provide residents with access to all of North River Ranch's amenities, including the community’s expansive trail system. Riverfield also runs contiguous to the future Market Square with grocery store and supporting retail, plus the new Barbara A. Harvey Elementary School, and will include walking paths leading directly to the school.
