Toll Brothers at Venice Woodlands, a gated community located at Jacaranda Boulevard and Border Road in south Sarasota County, premieres its sales center and Flora Farmhouse model Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 22 and 23.

The development—not to be confused with Meritage Homes' Venice Woodlands neighborhood in north Venice—will offer six new floorplans ranging from 2,160 to more than 2,900 square feet, priced from the upper $300,000s. The private residents clubhouse will have a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, pickleball courts and more. It is slated for 263 homes at completion.
