John Cannon Homes has debuted a new model home, the Kylie, in Skye Ranch’s Cassia neighborhood. The home has 3,515 square feet under air, and the architectural style is described as a mix of coastal and modern. It is being offered at $1,499,900 with an 18-month net leaseback that includes furnishings and home site. Skye Ranch, a new east Sarasota County community three miles east of I-75 at Lorraine Road, is being developed by Taylor Morrison. The property formerly was part of the LT Ranch owned by Sarasota’s Turner family.

DiVosta Homes has introduced 16 new floor plans at its brand-new Talon Preserve community in Palmer Ranch. Five models are expected to open in October.

Neal Communities reports that it recently sold its 500th home in Boca Royale Golf & Country Club in Englewood. Sales have taken place in the community’s new Mustique and Barbados neighborhoods. Boca Royale’s amenities for homeowners include an 18-hole par 72 golf course, resort-style swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center and clubhouse with dining options and social activities.

Premier Sotheby's International Realty has been chosen as the exclusive brokerage for Bayso, a luxury condominium tower to be built within the Quay mixed-use development located just south of Boulevard of the Arts in downtown Sarasota. Bayso is slated for 149 units priced from $799,000 to $3 million-plus.

And Lake View Estates, an enclave of 68 lakefront estate home sites within Lakewood Ranch’s exclusive Lake Club, is now 80 percent sold out. Just 14 homes remain for sale. Models by Anchor Builders, Arthur Rutenberg Homes, John Cannon Homes and Stock Signature Homes are available for viewing.
