South Sarasota County continues its boom as Neal Land & Neighborhoods announces its new 1,300-home community coming to a 300-acre parcel east of I-75 between Laurel and Border roads.

The as-yet-unnamed gated community, now under site development, will have a mix of single-family homes, paired villas and New Urbanist-style homes with front porches and rear-entry garages. Prices will average in the $400,000s, and the first move-ins are expected in summer 2021. Neal Lands & Neighborhoods will partner with local builders on the project.

Homeowner amenities will include a clubhouse, pool, fitness center and walking trails. A mixed-use component allows for future apartments, a house of worship, assisted living facility and medical offices.
