The mammoth, 6,000-acre master-planned community of North River Ranch, which debuted last fall, is springing to life with 13 recent sales and the premiere of two model homes.
Centex Homes is now offering the first two model homes at the new master-planned community off U.S. 301 and Moccasin Wallow Road in Parrish being developed by Neal Land & Neighborhoods. Both the McNair and Hanover models are available for touring either in-person or virtually in the Brightwood neighborhood.
Additional model homes are expected to break ground this summer. Besides Centex, the other builders will be KB Home. Park Square Homes, Homes by WestBay, David Weekley Homes and Neal Communities.
Even before the Centex model homes premiered, 13 three- and four-bedroom homes at an average of 2,000 square feet each were sold in the new development at an average sales price of $300,000.
In this first phase, 769 single-family homes and townhomes are planned on 279 acres across the Brightwood and Riverfield neighborhoods. Four to five additional phases are planned over the next 20 years, with a total of 6,000 residences at build-out.
