SVN Commercial Advisory Group's senior advisor Tony Veldkamp, CCIM, and advisor Matt Fenske recently coordinated the sale of 4.6 acres of vacant land at 7205 U.S. 301 in Ellenton. 1167159 Alberta LTD was the seller; the buyer was MHC Operating Limited Partnership, which owns the Colony Cove mobile home community behind the Ellenton property. The purchase price was $2.2 million and Fenske and Veldkamp represented the seller. Max Boehmer of Vertica Partners represented the buyer.
