The property was previously leased to Honeywell Aerospace, which moved out of the building in 2007. The free-standing, fully air-conditioned office, manufacturing and warehouse property on 8.32 acres has close proximity to Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport, U.S. 301, University Parkway and I-75. The property has 6,600 square feet of office space, four grade-level loading doors and three-phase power with over 2,000 amps. Steve Horn and Nick DeVito of Ian Black Real Estate will serve as the exclusive leasing agents for the property.
