DeMarcay Penthouse Sells for $3.1 Million
Ground broke for the upscale downtown condo tower in November.

The front penthouse at the DeMarcay, an 18-story condominium tower planned for 32 S. Palm Ave. in downtown Sarasota, has sold for $3.1 million. The 3,219-square-foot, west-facing unit has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and unobstructed views of Siesta and Longboat keys. GK Real Estate is the developer.
The DeMarcay broke ground last November and construction is anticipated to be complete in Fall 2021.
