Citrus Residences, a 12-unit condominium with additional ground-floor retail space in downtown Sarasota, has launched sales.

Developed by Mark Pierce of Pierce Contracting, Citrus Residences is the latest and final addition to the existing Citrus Square project on North Orange Avenue and Boulevard of the Arts.

The development resembles a row of classic downtown buildings, with shops and restaurants on the ground floor, residences above. The residential units have 10-foot ceilings, double-hung hurricane windows, upgraded molding, ultra-quiet sound abatement, enhanced finishes and exterior solar lighting.

Residences range from one-bedroom units to a penthouse with outdoor living area and are currently priced range from the low $300,000s for a one-bedroom and the low $500,000s for a two-bedroom to the penthouse, starting at $1 million.
