Sarasota's Kate Rossi, the regional executive vice president of NRT’s Eastern Region, was recently named to HousingWire’s 2018 Women of Influence list. Rossi oversees NRT’s Coldwell Banker operations in the eastern region of the United States, spanning nearly 16,000 independent sales associates across seven companies, including Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. Rossi was recognized for her leadership and company growth efforts over the span of her career, and in particular, over the past 12 months. In 2017, she oversaw an initiative to grow the number of agents at her companies.
