Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood—an architecture and engineering firm with offices in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee—recently acquired the Sarasota architecture and planning firm SaltCo, LLC. SaltCo has provided design services to clients in central Florida for more than a decade, with a focus on the hospitality, transportation, retail and health care sectors. The two firms have collaborated on projects over the years, including several now underway, such as projects for Sarasota Memorial Health Care System. Former SaltCo employees will continue working from their current location at 2650 Bahia Vista St., Suite 302, Sarasota, operating now as Goodwyn, Mills and Cawood.
