The Lakewood Ranch-based homebuilder Neal Communities recently broke ground on Canoe Creek, a new neighborhood in Parrish. The 304-acre property will include approximately 621 home sites. Canoe Creek will offer homebuyers 13 different floor plans ranging from 1,493 to 3,346 square feet, with modern farmhouse designs. The neighborhood is slated to open this fall near Fort Hamer Road and Upper Manatee River Road.
