Michael Saunders & Company recently hired four new agents:

• Patti Roper joined the company's Venice office. Originally from Minneapolis, Roper later lived in Boulder, Colorado, where she owned a photography business for 20 years. She also specialized in radiography, providing medical breast imaging, assisting in diagnostic procedures and helping patients navigate the process.

• Wayne Ranieri joined the company's Siesta Key office. Ranieri has over 30 years of real estate investing experience and 24 years of experience as an active realtor.

• Cecile Coutret joined the company's south Longboat Key office. Coutret has a background in business and commercial real estate. She entered the real estate field by learning the appraisal business in Key West and becoming certified later in Louisiana. Coutret is teaming with her husband of 31 years, John, who is also a realtor. John Coutret has worked with numerous clients during his years as a banker. During his years in Texas, John was licensed as a certified public accountant.
