Venice's J.E. Charlotte Construction Corp. recently finished construction of the clubhouse at Watercrest, a new gated community in Venice. Unveiled last week, the 3,146-square-foot British West Indies-style clubhouse features a 1,000-square-foot fitness center with various workout equipment, a beach-entry swimming pool, a bocce ball court, an outdoor fireplace, restrooms and an outside covered area for residents. Watercrest will include 294 homes once built out.
