Builder Magazine has named Neal Communities No. 45 on its list of the 100 best home builders in the United States, the third consecutive year the Sarasota-based home builder has appeared on the list. Neal Communities was ranked No. 47 last year and No. 50 in 2014.

Builder Magazine evaluates both privately and publicly held companies through direct surveys basing its results on the number of home closings. Neal Communities was responsible for 989 total home closings in 2015.

Neal Communities also ranked No. 27 among private builders in the country.
