Sarasota Attorney Bryan Hannan Gives Us a Peek Inside His Designer-Filled Closet
Bryan Hannan, an attorney with Sarasota's Dolman Law Group, is able to afford his dream wardrobe now—but growing up in Chicago with a single mother, that wasn't always the case. "I dreamed about having an Armani suit," he recalls. "Now I have custom Armani suits with my name in them."
In addition to Armani, in Hannan's closet you'll find limited-edition Louis Vuittons, Rolex watches and other high end items that are unique, custom and different. Here's a peek inside.
How long have you been buying designer items?
"I was a late bloomer, because I went directly to work for the government after law school. I didn’t have anything designer until I started my first firm [the Law Offices of Hannan & Plotnick, P.A.] at, like, 27 years old. At that point, things changed a little bit."
What’s your favorite piece of jewelry?
"My watches—specifically, my first Rolex. A friend of mine owned a high-end watch store in St. Pete and I got addicted to buying watches. I saw them as an investment. Certain watches will always hold their value—or increase in value over time. So I got into buying ones I thought would be a good investment."
Favorite shoe designer?
"Prada for business shoes. For casual shoes, my favorites are Dolce & Gabbana's sneakers because they’re different. You don’t see them a lot."
How would you describe your style?
"Over the top. I like T-shirts. I like belts. I like sunglasses. I like hats. I like accessories. In my closet, you'll see a lot of Louis Vuitton, Dolce & Gabbana and custom Dior."
Where do you wear your clothes?
"A lot of my stuff still has tags on it, but I do wear what's in my closet."
Why do you like fashion?
"Honestly, I have no kids and I’ve never been married. How else do you enjoy yourself?"
