Lotus has opened a new activewear boutique across from its flagship store in downtown Sarasota.

The new store, called Lotus Active Travel Leisure, capitalizes on the popular athleisure trend and will offer clothing and accessories geared toward those on the go. 

"We've been carrying activewear in our Main Street store, but we outgrew being able to do it justice within the confines of the original boutique," says Lotus owner Wendy Getchell. "[At the new store], we have everything from compression leggings to T-shirts, jackets, sweats and casual dresses with an easy, relaxed vibe." Brands include Vimmia, Alo Yoga, Splits 59 and more.
