Savor Sarasota Returns on June 1

One of our favorite reasons to leave the house in June is back: Savor Sarasota.
From June 1 through June 14, dozens of participating restaurants throughout Sarasota County will offer prix fixe lunches for $25 per person and dinners for $45 per person, with many offering upgrades like higher-end signature dishes special cocktails or wine pairings.
“Savor Sarasota really is my favorite time of the year,” Erin Duggan, president and CEO of Visit Sarasota County, said in a press release. “It’s exciting to see our restaurant community come together to create memorable multi-course dining experiences, while giving chefs a chance to showcase new dishes and guest favorites. With the incredible variety of restaurants throughout Sarasota County, you could enjoy a different lunch and dinner every day for two weeks and never have to do the dishes.”
Plus, it's a great way to try new restaurants, support your local faves and chow down on a multi-course meal at a great price (in this economy, we'll never take that for granted).
