University Town Center is adding another new restaurant to its long list of dining destinations. Blu Kouzina, the popular Greek restaurant on St. Armands Circle, is opening a second location adjacent to Ford’s Garage in late 2023.

“Blu Kouzina was founded from our family’s love of sharing our native Greek and Mediterranean cuisine with family and friends,” co-owner Dennis Tsakiris said in a press release. “We want our guests to feel like they are in Greece, but most importantly, we want them to feel like they are entering an extension of our family home.”

The new location’s decor will be inspired by Santorini, with hanging basket lights, soft pastel colors and natural textures.

Guests can expect to find favorite dishes like moussaka, grilled whole fish and kotopoulo fourno (roast lemon chicken). For an extra kick of luxury, dishes will be prepared using olive oil grown and pressed at the Tsakiris' family estate in Greece.
