Siesta Beach Concessions is under new management. Venice Pier Group, which owns Sharky's on the Pier, Fins at Sharky's and Snook Haven, began managing the Sun Deck and Sand Pavilion food businesses, as well as the beach's retail shop, as of Aug. 1. Sun Deck will offer expanded beverage options, plus a chef-inspired menu, while the Sand Pavilion will serve made-to-order food items and soft-serve ice cream.
