Little Payne Creek Lager will be served exclusively at Streamsong in Bowling Green, Florida.

Motorworks Brewing's new Little Payne Creek Lager will be served on all three of Streamsong's golf courses.

Little Payne Creek meanders for nine miles through Central Florida, about an hour east of Bradenton. It's the "stream" in Streamsong, the massive golf resort built by the phosphate mining company Mosaic nearly a decade ago. The creek is also lending its name to a new beer brewed by Bradenton's Motorworks Brewing that will be served exclusively at Streamsong starting this week.

The new beer, Little Payne Creek Lager, is a light, lime-flavored, low-carb beer that will be served at Streamsong's six bars and restaurants and three golf courses beginning Friday, July 16. The beer will be available on draft as well as in cans.

The new beer is not the first time Motorworks has partnered with outside organizations on exclusive releases. You can buy two specialty Motorworks beers—Salvador's Wit, a witbier, and Rhinocerotic, a gose—at St. Petersburg's Dalí Museum.

Streamsong sits on 16,000 acres, and is home to 228 rooms and 54 holes of golf. It is located at 1000 Streamsong Drive, Bowling Green.
