If you tuned into CBS This Morning on Saturday, you may have seen a familiar face: Indigenous chef/owner Steve Phelps, who was interviewed by Jeff Glor about seafood, sustainability and the health of our oceans. Phelps has racked up numerous honors since opening Indigenous in 2011, including being named a James Beard "Best Chef" semifinalist twice, winning a Niman Ranch scholarship, achieving top Zagat ratings and, oh yeah, being consistently named to this magazine's "Best Restaurants" list as well as topping our "Best Burgers" list.

"My food is recognizable, and I think responsible is a word we like to use," Phelps says.
