Scoring a reservation at the new Yummy House may take you a month, but once you know the secret—go in person to make a reservation—you'll enjoy a Chinese circus of flavors. Be sure to try the ginger clams. Delicate, sweet and in the shell, they rest in a glistening sauce with ginger, Asian seasoning and large pieces of scallions. Perfect for sharing if you order some dumplings, Chinese broccoli and Peking duck.
