Sarasota's Cocoanut Arts Southwest, LLC, recently purchased two multi-family buildings in the Rosemary District from Florida Studio Theatre for almost $2 million. The two properties are located at 1245 and 1265 Fifth St., Sarasota. John Harshman of Harshman & Co., Inc. represented the seller and Robert Anderson, Jr. of RE/MAX Alliance Group represented the buyer.
