Pirates, Orioles and Braves Announce 2025 Spring Training Schedules

The Pittsburgh Pirates, Baltimore Orioles and Atlanta Braves have released spring training schedule for the 2025 Grapefruit League season.
The Pirates' schedule includes a total of 31 games, 15 of which will be at played at LECOM Park in Bradenton, Florida. Opening day will be Saturday, Feb. 22, and the will play the Orioles in Sarasota. The Pirates will return to Bradenton for their home opener on Feb. 23 against the Minnesota Twins. The Pirates' Spring Breakout game will take place in Port Charlotte against the Tampa Bay Rays on March 14. To see the Buccos' full spring training schedules, click here.
The Orioles' 2025 spring schedule also features 15 home games, including seven weekend games against nine different opponents and seven games against the Pirates. The Orioles' second annual Spring Breakout game, featuring top minor league prospects from each organization, will take place in Sarasota when the O’s host the Yankees on March 15. The 2025 season will also mark Baltimore’s 16th spring training season in Sarasota and the club’s 15th season at the renovated Ed Smith Stadium. Meanwhile, in North Port, the Atlanta Braves will play the club's sixth spring training season at CoolToday Park and will the team will play 15 home games at the facility. Atlanta’s 32-game exhibition slate will begin Saturday, Feb. 22, with a road game against the Minnesota Twins; the club will play its first home game the following day against the Tampa Bay Rays. The Braves will play host to 11 different major league teams at CoolToday Park, including a pair of games each against the Boston Red Sox, Minnesota Twins, Pittsburgh Pirates and Tampa Bay Rays. The Braves will host single games against the Baltimore Orioles, Detroit Tigers, Miami Marlins, New York Yankees, Philadelphia Phillies, Toronto Blue Jays and Washington Nationals.
