Here's a first look at the exterior of Rosewood Residences Lido Key. The 65-unit property is a collaboration between Rosewood Hotels & Resorts and Naples-based Ronto Group, and is Rosewood's first all-residential development. The project is scheduled for completion in 2025; it replaces the historic Gulf Beach Resort Motel and Coquina on the Beach.

The project will be situated on three-and-a-half miles of Gulf-front property. Swedroe Architecture is handling the design, with interiors by Lillian Wu Studio. Each condo will offer sweeping water views; on the ground floor, residents will have access to Rosewood-serviced amenities. Units range from 3,300 square feet to nearly 5,000 square feet and prices start in the high $5 millions.
