AJ Nassar recently purchased a 1,262-square-foot ground floor retail and office suite that will become the home of Kapri Couture, a women’s and girl’s apparel store featuring '70s Bohemian-style fashion. The store will be located at 3983 Destination Drive, Suite 104, Osprey. Nassar purchased the property from the Bay Street Commercial Condominium Association for $190,000. Eric Massey and Ben Graham of Michael Saunders & Company handled the transaction.
