TreeUmph! Adventure Course is hosting a special celebration on Wednesday, May 3, to break ground on its new Hernando County location. The event will feature refreshments, an assortment of community representatives and an official groundbreaking ceremony. The new treetop adventure park is projected to bring over $2.3 million in local economic impact and create up to 30 full- and part-time jobs for Hernando County residents in its first year of business. The grand opening is expected for late summer. The first TreeUmph! course was opened in Bradenton in 2013.
