Bradenton's KO-AM Holdings, LLC recently purchased the office and retail building currently leased to Bank of America at 6160 14th St. W., Bradenton, from New York's First States Investors 5200 LLC for $850,000. Melissa Harris, Ian Black and Steve Horn of Ian Black Real Estate represented the seller in the transaction and Sun Young of Young Commercial Investment Inc. represented the buyer. First States Investors sold another Bradenton Bank of America building for $903,000 last December.
