Here's a peek at what's on the menu: Thai green curry mullet mousse, barbecue amberjack, wood-fired drum, lionfish ceviche, buttermilk-fried rudderfish, seared skate wing, wood-grilled Atlantic lane snapper and much, much more. Tickets are $150 or $125 for Chefs Collaborative members; for more info, click here.
