Paul Blackketter—the president and CEO of Suncoast Aquatic Nature Center Associates, the nonprofit that oversees Nathan Benderson Park—resigned Thursday. According to a press release, Blackketter has offered to make himself available full time through Sept. 30 or till a new president is hired to ensure a cohesive transition. Benderson Park is scheduled to host the World Rowing Championships in 2017 and the World Masters Rowing Championships in 2018.
