The Gulf Coast Builders Xchange is hosting a lunch panel titled "Learn From the Past, Plan for Your Future" from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 28, at Polo Grill and Bar, 10670 Boardwalk Loop, Lakewood Ranch. Three senior construction litigators—Tom Dart, David Gurley and Tom Icard—will participate in a discussion moderated by Eugene Shuboy during which they discuss their experience in litigation, what their clients could have done to make the litigation experience less difficult and what their clients could have done to avoid winding up in litigation.
