Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, which has 525 agents and 21 offices, including Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, Longboat Key and Venice, has opened its first North Carolina office in SouthPark, a neighborhood in Charlotte. The group hosted more than 300 local real estate professionals, civic and community leaders at a grand opening event last week. The firm selected Charlotte after researching the patterns of buyers who own residences in both Florida and Charlotte. Managing broker Matthew Paul Brown will lead the new office.
