Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, which has 525 agents and 21 offices, including Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, Longboat Key and Venice, has opened its first North Carolina office in SouthPark, a neighborhood in Charlotte. The group hosted more than 300 local real estate professionals, civic and community leaders at a grand opening event last week. The firm selected Charlotte after researching the patterns of buyers who own residences in both Florida and Charlotte. Managing broker Matthew Paul Brown will lead the new office. Premier Sotheby’s already represents Linville Ridge, a private residential golf and tennis community (pictured above), which was developed by the firm’s parent company, the Lutgert Companies.

 


 

Tromble Land Company, LLC has purchased a 13,941-square-foot industrial building located at 6150 Porter Road from NC IV Inc. for $1 million. Bill Rex and Elliot Rose of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT handled the transaction.

 


 

Club 50, LLC has leased 3,200 square feet of office/retail space located at 1599 Main St., Sarasota, for a Fyzical physical therapy franchise. John Harshman with Harshman & Company represented the landlord, and Mike Migone, CCIM with Sperry Van Ness Commercial Advisory Group represented the tenant.

 


 

Yebo Ventures, LLC has purchased a 4,060-square-foot retail building located at 908 Eighth Ave., Palmetto, from Nabil and Hana Hatoum for $500,000. Nef Mascorro of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT handled the transaction.

 


 

Magha Group, LLC has purchased a 5,016-square-foot shell office building located at 1493 E. Venice Ave., Venice, from Twin Tower Trading Realty, LLC for $275,000. Mike Migone, CCIM with Sperry Van Ness Commercial Advisory Group’s downtown Sarasota office handled the transaction.

 


 

Universal American Mortgage Company, LLC has leased 1,250 square feet of office space located at 8430 Cooper Creek Blvd., Suite #103, University Park, for a mortgage office. Tony Veldkamp, CCIM with Sperry Van Ness Commercial Advisory Group handled the transaction.
