ShorePoint Health Venice and Millennium Physician Group have formed a strategic alliance, building upon an existing relationship between Millennium and ShorePoint Health Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda.

As part of the relationship, ShorePoint Medical Group (formerly Gulf Coast Medical Group) primary care providers and the urgent care located at 1700 Venice Ave. will join Millennium Physician Group after the first of the year. Millennium will also provide hospitalist services beginning in late spring 2022. Specialists employed by ShorePoint Health Medical Group will remain with ShorePoint Health and continue to work closely with Millennium’s primary care physicians.
