L.A. Fitness will lease 34,000 square feet in The Green at Lakewood Ranch, a new 525,000-square-foot mixed-use development, according to a press release issued by the Orlando real estate firm Tavistock Development Company. The gym will join the natural foods grocery store Earth Fare as one of the development's two major anchor tenants. The development will be located at the northeast corner of State Road 70 and Lakewood Ranch Boulevard.
